Helen Ruiz, a CIDESCO diplomat since 2007, opened Elestial Lashes in 2017. Her focus on lashes, combined with a crystal approach and energizing products, quickly gained popularity. The demand for her facials led her to expand in 2018, creating Elestial Spa. Here, she introduced hemp facials and became a trailblazer in the industry with her vision of organic hemp skincare. Recognizing the lack of accessible CBD skincare products, Helen launched her own small batch organic skincare line called elestial skin. As her spiritual growth continued, she embraced a holistic approach and incorporated Reiki into all of her treatments. Helen herself is the main Reiki practitioner, infusing her healing techniques into every treatment.

Because We Care:
For respect for everyone there are several policies that have taken into effect in order to provide everyone with the same time and attention.
LATE ARRIVALS:
Please call to notify if you are not going to make it in time of your appointment, anything after 15min WILL be rescheduled.
CANCELLATION / Same Day Reschedule :
Cancellations done on same day as service will be charged 50% of service and it must be pre-booked within two weeks of original date.
NO CALL NO SHOWS :
If you fail to notify service provider about cancellation and don’t show up, full service will be charged. you have two weeks to reschedule from original date. Two consecutive no shows will result in no longer being able to book with me.
